CONDITIONS
Wings Elite agrees to provide 1 flying demonstration of up to 30 minutes and a static display, permanently manned, for the duration of the event.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the fee is payable on or before the day of the event.
The minimum flying display area required is 50 metres by 50 metres with the stand area nearby. The display area must be cordoned off and be free of hazards (Overhead power cables etc.) and distractions.
The minimum stand area required is 8 metres square, sited away from fairground attractions, generators and other livestock. (The birds are frightened, and therefore stressed, by other animals and loud, sudden noises. The fumes produced by generators can cause physical harm.)
Please note that our primary concern is safety – of both the birds and the public.
If we are unable to provide a safe display or demonstration, the full fee will still be charged. We will, however, do our very best to work with you to try to overcome any problems that may arise so, please, if you have any queries – raise them as soon as possible.
If you cancel the event for any reason, the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.
If we are unable to attend for any reason (including adverse weather), we will refund your deposit.
